The infamous Makam Mahsuri

Telaga Mahsuri. There is still water running down there.
The Makam Mahsuri also are one of the famous place to visit in the Island. Why is it so famous? Like it is stated on the grave, Mahsuri has been a victim and was sentenced to death, so she laid a curse on the Island. "There shall be no peace and prosperity on this island for a period of Seven Generations". Interesting ain't it?

Others places to visit is the Kilang Gamat or Gamat Factory. It is usually almost everywhere because Langkawi Island is famous for this. It will be easy to find one. You can even try the very fresh Gamat that are still 'cooking'. Yikes!
